The Ashburn premixer/proportioner is designed to premix your Ashburn coolant concentrate with water at the correct proportion. The unit threads into the 2 in or 3/4 in bung of the concentrate drum and a water hose is connected to it. When the water is turned on, the coolant concentrate is siphoned from the drum and mixed with the water at a predetermined ratio. The ratio is set by the metering tip selected.
